September 20, 2016Landmark Legal Foundation recently sent this demand letter to the Virginia Commonwealth Board of Elections. The Foundation demanded that the Board distribute to Virginia’s 113 voting registrars the latest data on voting record changes assembled by Crosscheck, an organization to which 25 member states supply the latest updates to voting records generated by individuals who die, move, change their names, are convicted of felonies, or otherwise change their voting registrations. The majority of the members of Virginia Board of Elections is opposed to doing this.
